The hotel lacked proper parking facilities, which caused inconvenience.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and shopping areas. the free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast were a nice touch that helped us save some money.
First, the room service was slow and somewhat unresponsive, leaving us waiting for basic things like clean towels and extra toiletries.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the value for money room provided by the hotel as it was spacious and neat with clean linen. The key location of the hotel directly opposite reliance and less than a kilometer from the bus stand made getting places easy. The complimentary breakfast was a welcome treat that added to the overall experience.
Room service needs improvement as there was no calling buzzer, and the door had to be knocked. , the bathroom lacked fixers for holding soap and other toiletries near the bath area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were also polite and helpful, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast served here was amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel was a great choice for me and I had a wonderful stay in this city.
